Tetrahedrite black framing the piece nicelyAlthough the Sweet Home mine is most famous for its Rhodochrosite specimens, the most significant sulfide in the mine is Tetrahedrite. This specimen (which was it was very difficult to photograph), hosts hundreds of good quality Tetrahedrite crystals measuring up to 6 mm with great luster, sharpness and a slight amount of iridescent Bornite coating a few of the Tetrahedrite faces. Associated minerals include Quartz, Galena, Pyrite and Chalcopyrite.
